Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary. We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views. Thank you Taj for the amazing service and hospitality. See you soon.

The warmth of the team trickles down from the top. The GM is an energetic and enthusiastic hotelier who has motivated her team to give hospitality from the heart. The welcoming reception from the entrance by Dhirendra, Madhur, Abindo, Kamal, Ashish and others to the checkin done by Dave & Rakesh was heartwarming! The F&B team with Chef Roy, Ashutosh, Amit, Chandrakant, Milton, Francis and Kingston are doing a great job by giving super gourmet food and drinks tuned to one’s tastes! The personalised service by Passang, Sarthak, Zalak, Ravi, Sunil, Ramnath, Nelson, Andrew and Moses really touched my heart! Neil, Jessyl, Valushka, Nausheen, and Hilary were always ready to help at the front office. Housekeeping by Pradip was perfect. Security by Kusbu was ensured meticulously. The Bell Boys, Gajanand, Namdev and Chandrakant are very courteous. Narcetto is a great chauffeur and plays music in the car tailored to your choice. Eva and Sudesh at the Holiday Village were very welcoming. Must try Italian restaurant: Paper Moon Thank you all and I can’t wait to be back again to enjoy your hospitality…

I booked the stay via the official Taj website. The website is glitchy and on completing the payment it landed me onto a page which said "We are trying to improve experience and renovating the website" instead of giving me a successful message. The amount was deducted from my credit card and to my nightmare did not receive confirmation message of booking.I waited 10 mins and then called the customer care and even they were unable to see the booking.After 20 mins while on call with customer care executive I received automatically a confirmation mail was received. The booking experience surely needs to improve. We were celebrating our anniversary and first vacation of our daughter who is 5 month old. We arrived at around 2:30. On arrival we were greeted well and the welcome drink was refreshing. It took almost 45 mins to get the room ready. Maitree from the front desk escorted is to the room and she was very helpful and also made arrangements for baby bathtub. The room was nice and decorated with anniversary message and celebratory cake was waiting for us. Loved the gesture!! The breakfast spread was nice and amazing, loved the French toast and fresh fruits. One thing I feel can be improved are the bakery products. Those felt a bit of let down. The staff was prompt to help with orders on the first day but on the second day the service felt a bit lagging. Not sure was it because of the large wedding group. I would also like to have a special mention of Rituraj the life gaurd at the pool, he helped us arrange the beds ensuring it's comfortable for our daughter and also helped us with the pool side orders. Overall a pleasant and relaxing stay.
